We may have a wee bit of fun collaborating on Horizons Retreats. OKAY, A LOT! Both of us bring different skill sets to the retreats, just as every retreat group brings its own flavor and experience. We greeted each other in 2015 from very diverse professional backgrounds and life experiences, and yet, we realized there was something we both dreamed for that was OH SO simply similar. With that, we began our Horizons partnership. Every year we ask each other how we’ve been so blessed to work with such amazing retreat participants in such a beautiful country filled with rich culture and diverse people. In constant awe, we are honored to witness women reveal many precious and courageous parts of themselves. Together, our very clear intention is create an experience and environment that honors, celebrates and replenishes not only our circle of women on retreat, but the people of Belize as well!

Hi, there! I am Kelli Soll, the Director of Global Service Partnerships. Since 2012, I have been facilitating international service and travel opportunities for global citizens of all ages in Belize, Central America. I have focused my work on education-based service programs in Belize and have expanded in order to support adults in their life-long journeys of self-discovery and international adventure.
I am the master of logistics in Belize and love creating and maintaining a smooth schedule for travelers. Let me take care of the details! I have found so much joy connecting global citizens with local partners in Belize to create an authentic experience and prioritize the comfort and safety of travelers in my unique role.
